Laundromat:
Are there machines large enough for my comforters?
Absolutely, we have all size washers and dryers.
What hours are you open?
We are open 24-hours a day, 7 days a week.
I really don't know what I am doing. Is there somebody at the laundromat to help?
We are fully attended 24 hours a day. It is our job to help you.
Do I need to bring quarters with me?
We have change machines to make quarters for you.
What if I only have large bills and don't want $50 worth of quarters?
Our attendant will break the bill for you so you can buy only what you need in quarters.
Wash & Fold:
Do I need to supply my own detergent?
We use a commercial grade laundry detergent and we supply it. You are welcome to bring your own for us to use if you prefer something different.
What is the turnaround time of your fluff and fold?
We will have it back to you in two days. If you need it the same day or the next day, there is a 30 cent a pound additional charge.
How will you let me know when my clothes are done so I can pick them up?
We will text you upon completion.
Will you hang up my collared shirts?
We will try to accommodate any request.
Do you use a special detergent for medical facilities?
The Laundry Express uses Horizon Detergent approved by the medical industry for clothes from medical/hospital facilities.
Pickup & Delivery:
What are your days and hours of delivery?
We pick up and deliver Monday-Friday from 8 am to 3 pm.
What if I am unable to be home during that time?
When you schedule the pickup or delivery, you can make a note of where we should find or put the clothes. Some people want them left on the porch, with the apartment manager, or behind the gate.
What is the minimum for pickup/delivery?
There is a 20 pound minimum.
Where do you pickup/deliver to?
We have a list on the website, but basically it is a 20-30 mile radius around the store. If you are slightly outside the radius, contact us and see if we can make an exception.

How much is it to do commercial laundry?
The price depends on the quantity of clothing, how often you need it done, and how difficult it is to do. As an example, towels are easy and baby clothes take a lot of time to fold! Just contact us at info@thelaundryexpress.com or call (210) 264-4391 and we'll give you a price!
